RETURNS FOR APPAREL WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Original form of payment will NOT be refunded. ALL SHOES ARE FINAL SALE.
PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE.
ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT IF RETURNED:
Within 14 days of the delivery date.
In unworn, unwashed, new condition.
Returns received after 14 days OR without approval via an official return request form will not be issued store credit.
All shoes and sale items are final sale.
Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item’s purchase price only.
All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.

WHAT IS A RESTOCK REQUEST?
When an item is sold out, you may see the option to request a restock notification at the bottom of the product page. By submitting a restock request, you are placed on a “waitlist” and will be notified by email if the item you specify has been returned or restocked. This feature does NOT reserve the item for you. Because this could be a single item return, we urge you to be prompt in your purchase after receiving the email.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We currently offer free USPS shipping within the United States. Orders process within 3 business days, and shipping then takes an additional 2-4 business days.
